BEDROOM 1
FULL SIZED BED AND HYBRID MATTRESS - $300
Full size wood bed frame and 8” hybrid memory foam / spring mattress.
DESK - $50
Super wide 6.5 foot table top and matching legs. Desktop measures 79” by 24” and sits 27” high. Surge protector built into one of the two legs.
DRESSER - $50
45” x 28” x 16” dresser with five drawers.
CLOSET SHELF - $60
Measures 14” x 58” by 63-72”. Features 8 adjustable shelves, 2 hanging rods, and large space on top for long term storage.
SHAG RUG - $25
Light gray soft shag rug. Measures 4’4” by 6’5”
LARGE PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER - $300
14,000 BTU portable air conditioner. Cools a single space in the apartment fast and effectively. Also features a de-humidifier.
MINI FRIDGE - $40
Large mini fridge with small freezer section.
Bedroom 2
TWIN BEDS W/ HYBRID MATTRESS - $125 EACH
Two identical twin size wood bed frames and 8” hybrid memory foam / spring mattresses.
Storage system - $25
3’x3’ storage cube system for clothes, shoes, or other miscellaneous items.
Livingroom
Large sectional Couch - $400
Large, plush, L-shaped sectional couch. Comfortably seats 10 people. Couch is EXTREMELY comfortable. I’ve fallen asleep on it a number of times :-)
50” 4K TV + TV CONSOLE - $250
50” 4K smart TV connects to Wi-Fi and plays top streaming services such as Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and YouTube. TV console has shelves for consoles and wiring ports in the back for easy cable management.
COFFEE TABLE - $50
Measures 46” by 31”. Lower level shelf is great for storage. Features a custom faux woodgrain top which was a DIY add on.
SHAG RUG - $25
Light gray soft shag rug. Measures 5 feet by 7 feet.
